Our Process
The first step in our process is to meet with you in person to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home. We’ll be offering our own ideas as well as addressing any questions you may have. This is an opportunity to get to know each other, discuss budget, and determine if we’re the right fit for you!
Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we want to make sure you’re in the loop every step of the way. We’ll provide you with exclusive access to our online portal where you can login and keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, make selections, stay on top of the budget, pay invoices, and submit any change requests. If you have any questions or concerns during the project you can easily contact us through the portal and we’ll get back to you right away.
The most rewarding step in the process! Watch as your dreams come to life and your vision is built from the ground up. Your online access will keep you onsite even if you are miles away.
As we near the end of your project, we will meet with you to ensure your satisfaction with the end result as well as address any final adjustments you may want to make. We will also discuss our warranty process to ensure you get the maximum value out of our work for years to come. By now you’ll be ready to move into your dream home and begin making memories.
